Delaware launched legal online sports betting in 2018, becoming one of the first states to do so. Access is provided through partnerships between the Delaware Lottery Office and the state's licensed casinos. Here are the eligible platforms:
State-Licensed Sports Betting Apps
These apps are currently authorized and operational in Delaware:
- BetRivers Sportsbook: Operated by Rush Street Interactive in partnership with Delaware Park.
- DraftKings Sportsbook at Bally's: Branded app provided by Bally's Dover Casino Resort through its partnership with DraftKings.
- FanDuel Sportsbook at Delaware Park: Branded app operated by Delaware Park Hotel & Casino in partnership with FanDuel (formerly Stride Gaming Interactive).
Key Access Information
- Geolocation: Users must be physically located within Delaware state boundaries to place bets.
- Registration: Requires creating an account directly within the app with identity verification. In-person registration at a partnering casino is NO LONGER mandatory as of regulatory changes.
- Age: Bettors must be 21 years of age or older.
What You Can Wager On
Authorized platforms offer bets on a wide array of professional sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, etc.) and major college sporting events. Pari-mutuel horse racing wagering is also available through separate, licensed platforms.

Important: Only apps affiliated with Delaware's licensed casinos (Delaware Park, Bally's Dover, Harrington Raceway) and regulated by the Delaware Lottery are legal. Using unlicensed offshore betting sites is illegal and carries significant risk.
